NWSI PARADE MARCH 14, 2010

NWSI 2010 Charitable Humaniatrian

Chad Watson, Midwest Alumni Coordinator of Wounded Warrior Project

Chad has a real heroes story. He was injured in Fallujah, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a amputee that has turned a tragedy into a inspirational journey. We are proud to have him as a recipient of the award. I have been working with Wounded Warriors for the past two years and they do great services for our Wounded soldiers coming home . Through Chad's association with WW we will recognize and raise awareness to the Wounded Warrior Program at this years parade and after-party.  www.woundedwarriorproject.org If you are Wounded Warrior and would like to participate in the 2010 NWSI parade please contact Chad at 312-520-5737 or Steve Grabowsi 773-617-8477

2010 Community NWSI Humanitarian

Danny McMullen from Danny Boys Corned Beef. Danny has donated over five thousand pounds of corned beef to the NWSI over the past five years. He is a quiet Teamster affiliate and owner of the Meat Factory. His friendship and desire to see the NWSI parade succeed through his contribution is to be recognized and commended. Without friends like Danny McMullen  we would not have the opportunity to fund the parade and more importantly raise awareness to the many charitable communities we have supported over the past eighth years. We have had many great supporters over the years that have assited us, they are all to be commended in recognized.  NWSI has assisted in raising funds and awareness to the following charities, Chicagoland Food Depository, Wounded Soldiers, Misericordia Heart of Mercy, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Helmets to Hardhats, Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Pediatric Aids Foundation, Pediatric Cancer Foundation, and this 2010 the Wounded Warriors Program.

Thank you all in advance for your extended support and all of the efforts you put forth.
